DotSec provides a range of maintenance and support options including:
- Expert service desk. No first and second-tiers of support here, you speak straight to a skilled secure-systems engineer. A comprehensive job-tracking system allows our customers to monitor the progress of work requests, and our flexible system supports a of range of SLAs, allowing the customer to specify requirements and budget.
- Scheduled maintenance and testing. DotSec secure-systems engineers test and update a range of components for customers in the on-line payments, government, education and engineering sectors. DotSec’s engineers ensure that the target systems meet policy and SOE security requirements and, where required, patch, maintain and harden systems which are found to be deficient.
- Analysis and reporting. In addition to scheduled maintenance and testing, DotSec’s engineers can (depending on the SLA that is requested by the customer) configure automated and manual event monitoring, alerting and reporting, together with risk-mitigation procedures as required in order to address threats that are too serious to leave until the next scheduled maintenance window.
